Hoteliers by profession, Ludwig and Amélie founded Only4View in 2023 with a simple conviction: the most beautiful stays begin with a view. And they end with the feeling of having experienced something rare.
It all starts with a shared passion for exceptional places. Those spots where you unpack your bags and tell yourself you never want to leave. Building on their experience in hospitality, Ludwig and Amélie wanted to bring the high standards of hotel service into the world of furnished rentals. A challenge that gave birth to a collection of 4 and 5-star properties in Guadeloupe and France, selected for their views, architecture, and comfort. Each property tells a different story, but they all share the same promise: to offer a view that changes everything.
